AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, approachable trainers are the provider’s standout strength, with attendees valuing clear explanations, real-world examples, patience and support that build confidence. They find the teaching engaging and practical, supported by labs, videos, quizzes and flexible online resources, and say the learning strengthens certification readiness, troubleshooting skills and job searches. Career guidance, including CV, LinkedIn and interview advice, also proves useful. Some feel the accelerated timetable and lab/platform design leave too little time for hands-on practice.

All the Staff here were wonderful and Very invested in not only my education but every student as well. Will be referring colleuges and friends to ACI Learning in the future. Ms. Terrajh was a wonderful help with every offline issue and a advocate of the students. 5 stars review.

If possible, it would be very helpful for instructors to walk students through each lab step by step, completing one lab per day. The labs can be a bit frustrating at times, and this approach would make the learning experience more manageable and supportive.

I recommend removing the Net+ course (because it is uncommon/unlikely that an entry level technician will be accessing/modifying the network, and it is unlikely someone without IT experience will be inclined to networking right off the bat) and replace it with a 2 week course on basic computer use (like what's tested in the Foundation+ certification) at the beginning, including research, listening skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting logic, and basic Windows and Google user skills and an AI primer. Then I would add job week at the end of the program. As someone who's worked in IT as a technician, as a high-volume remote customer service agent, as a manager who did hiring and training, this is how I would prepare someone I'd want to hire. And as a freelance process consultant, this is my recommendation.

We are adults with jobs, the strictness of the camera being on and running all the way to 10pm when I finished my assigned lab at 9:00 is frustrating. Oftentimes I would get home from work with 15 mins to make something to eat before the class starts. I just think the strictness of the concept is ridiculous. It is on me as an adult to get what I want out of the class and put the appropriate amount of time in, but forcing it this way was frustrating not only for me but for others I spoke with as well.

Ms. Angel was a great instructor. Overall ACI did a great job providing insight to what's a computer user support specialist is and what it entails.

Despite some very obvious flaws with the material, ACI has some very knowledgeable and personable people working at the campus. People who really want to see people coming into here succeed. And so in spite of that, I think this is a great environment to come to in order to advance in an IT career.
