labs are hard in sense of Mac person, I have no history with PC show understanding OS was not easy

Keep on taking the tests until you get a perfect score! That also helps out in memorizing and remembering the definitions and terms!
I would Like instructor Bolding to be my teacher for the rest of my classes such as Net+ and Sec+
Overall great course. Was excited to attend class daily even though I was up at 5:45am. TestOut needs some work and I feel mentors should be trained on how to complete the labs so when confused students like me need lab help, they can effectively help. BTW i was not the only student who needed help with this. I had students coming to me for lab help and unfortunately, I was not able to help them. I cant say enough good things about Loran though. She made the class really fun and I am very impressed with her as a first time instructor with ACI. You guys did good with her.
The Instructor made the class easy to understand by explaining things and term with real world scenarios. This gave an excellent foundation for learning what a computer is, how it operates, and what are the fine details that explain how it all works together.
