Great class, just wish some things were worded differently.
lots of info but the instructor did a great job of delivering the information and breaking down how it applies to the real world.
highly recommend and especially with the teacher and his wide spectrum of knowledge
Great course and instructor! I loved the material. The only thing I would change is some of the arrangements of the slides. We jumped around a lot with the slides, but it was necessary to obtain the information in a way that made sense.
PRAYING THAT THE TEST is close to what I've learned so far I hope to pass the ITIL 4 EXAM
We didn't use labs but the practice assessments were great.
