Very informative and interesting course with a great instructor.
I really enjoyed the course. I learned alot about the thought process behind service management.
Since it's good to practice like you play, I think it's not a good idea to train people to use commands that don't really exist in the real world. If all the commands were real commands that actually existed in reality, then I think the boson learning app would be as good as anyone could ask for.
Some of the labs felt like a waste of time making us create a chart that they could have just showed us.
This was a great experience and I am excited about my future in tech. ACI has placed me on A path for success and I am grateful for it.
I am transitioning from forensic science to information technology. I am a kinetic learner. So, I was nervous about starting over and learning something new in a 100% virtual environment. The ITIL foundation course helped me alleviate my anxiety. I feel confident continuing my studies in the CUSS program and moving into a new career.
Great course, just needs more practices to further prepare me for the tests.
