Overall, great class to the and I really enjoyed every aspect of this class. The professor really made this experience great. Fully understood objectives being taught.
I'm on a Mac and sometimes the labs to match up with the instructions on the left or at least what I'm seeing on my computer
Really enjoyed the ITIL 4 Foundation course, I really learned a lot. The instructor (Mr. Eric Goodoien) made learning this course very interesting, achievable, and fun. We were challenged in many ways which led to the entire class passing both exams and the overall course. I'm glad to be part of ACI Learning.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the course and surely more time to learn before heading to the next course would be valuable to the students.
Course is way way way too fast for such detailed info. The labs were terrible and outdated because we were told to click buttons that weren't on the lab, plus error messages etc. They were a mess. Instructor was fantastic though.
I really enjoyed the course and the opportunity improve my IT career
