I enjoyed relearning and being able to have an instructor who has provide examples for us to relate to. His attention to detail and patient for us to be able to ask question and really understand the material. The class has left memorable moments for me and has help me set the standards for me to fine tune my skills. Absolutely loved the course. I recommended it become a required course for all our department examiners to prepare them for participation in regulatory IT (URSIT) examinations.

This course covers all the necessary knowledge area for understanding and essential in becoming data subject matter experts.

No labs for ITIL foundation
