learning is exciting. as i get further on in this class, im understanding how everything has its part. i'm trully enjoying this process

Great facility for the taking in of the material. Nice job all.

good class to take generally. For managers with 5+ years exp. not for every day tech support peons.

Biggest issue with the labs is it guides the user like an instructional video without giving a clear objective or explanation as to why you are doing what you are doing.

The only thing going for ACI is the hiring of instructors.

Great course that continues our entry level learning though the CUSS program.
