Rich is awesome. I think the course was slightly difficult to me because of the change in test/exercise questions. I had been using a certain study technique I chose after experiences the first test and exercises. That technique did not bode well in the face of the level of questions nearing the end of the course. ITIL is strange to me but I was able to grasp it well enough to pass. I just feel like I am more uncertain of my knowledge now then when I began but I do indeed have a better understanding of IT and the practices in which IT companies engage in.

Overall the course was effective in the manner Steve interacted with the class with quizzes and real life examples.

Steve is a great instructor and teaches in a way that is easy to learn. Great job.

Great Course! Even Better Instructor!!

I understand this was a basic level course in what I am wanting to study and receive a certification in. There was a lot of information that had to be learned and/or memorized. However, there were plenty of practice questions and answers that made learning the information easier.

Great course and very knowledgeable.
