The labs were glitchy at times. What is confusing is that some of the labs don't support what some of the inputs are and I believe that would help us understand what goes on in a real-world scenario. Seeing it is one thing but actually performing it would help out in my opinion.
Highly recommend this course for somebody who currently works in the IT Services or Support Industry and has some foundational skills. Appropriate for somebody who has held previous certification and needs to update their knowledge and or refresh there skill base. Course is also effective for new comers to the industry provided they are willing to do the leg work (labs) and homework necessary to master the topics needed for certification. This is not a simple exam-cram bootcamp... if you want a bootcamp you can save lots of hours and simply be taught the test but the course is a very fast paced and thorough course designed to teach you the fundamentals behind the questions of the CCNA exam which results in a much more knowledgeable and informed student who can adapt the information properly to fit their real world work place scenarios.
