The course seems adequate to present and allow for learning of the concepts within, I just do not currently see the value in it. Maybe if I try to apply for a job which is based on process management or has some sort of business management aspects it will be useful, but as part of a Computer User Support Specialist role, these concepts do not seem like they will apply to my daily work. They seem to be useful for management and upper level decision making and not the entry level work I will be doing.

The lack of diligence to provide updated material would unnecessarily leave a negative impression on the program. Other than that, I appreciate the time, effort and energy of every individual and variable that made this opportunity possible for me! Thank you!

i think it was a great course but i think lot them could been longer as it is a lot of info to take in 2 weeks

it could be set up better so as to learn, test, repeat and write what you didnt get right every day for two weeks then you will pass with little to no effort
