Overall, this was a very effective class. I wasn't overly found of some of the exercises but the practice questions were great and the instructor was very informative and helpful as well.
I enjoyed this class thoroughly. It was informative and the instructor was AMAZING!! I learned a lot and got material that I can study until I take my certification! I can also use them as refreshers in the future. This was an amazing class!
Latency hampered some of my attempts to connect to the lab.

I really enjoyed diving deeper into Cyber Defense learning CND with instructor Paul Herbka. He made the topics memorable and used good references to back the information he provided.
Our student group has been met continuously with Assessments that were inaccurate or incomplete. Those really do need to be revisited to ensure that students are not failing and owing money to the VA for doing nothing wrong. Please, make that a priority as it realistically shouldn't be hard to fix.
Again add quizzes and tests at the end like ITIL it makes the final exam so much less stressful to be able to review possible test questions
the only issue I have with the course is that there is no support staff available for the evening class. no access to mentors etc. this should not be the case if the class time is offered so should all of the supporting staff so that we have everything available that has been promised
