Great course.! I wish I could take a longer course! It was super interesting, engaging, the labs were fun. I absolutely loved this course!! Looking forward to the second part!

Good overview and foundation on classes.

I am glad this online class helps without the need to commute. The resources are also easily available.

His lessons were engaging, useful, and he was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging his students to try and gave real world examples. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning ITIL. I would also like if he taught other course and was with with thought-out the coming weeks.

I recommend adding more sample paper quizzes and having them accessible for the students to practice outside of school hours.
