Mr. Edmead has the knowledge and expirience in these field, and the Zalzman material is very complete.

this was the best of the 3 classes I have taken so far, mainly because it was in person versus zoom. It was more interactive and we could stop and discuss things further and more questions were asked by the students due to it being more personable.

The lab guide and labs need to match.

I enjoy the course and professors were awesome.

I love this class and course. I'm glad that I chose ACI Learning on showing me the journey on how to become a computer user support specialist.

Great course, I will highly recommend to my friends.
