I don't know who this is

This class was a rough start in the beginning since instructors needed to take vacation time, and the transition was not as smooth. The course material is what is needed to take the certification, but you only get back what you give. Additional tutoring may be needed to keep up with the terminology, so take advantage of all that is offered.

The class is easy to understand and having videos to explain more in-depth about the information in the course helps alot.
