PRAYING THAT THE TEST is close to what I've learned so far I hope to pass the ITIL 4 EXAM

The class is not boring.

We didn't use labs but the practice assessments were great.

Course was good, I would like to progress through all courses iteratively. Meaning I would prefer to take the actual certification test prior to moving on to new content i.e. A+ course while finding time to take exam. Maybe if we had a week built into the program between courses to take exam prior to starting next course.

Professional and education.

Good course. If I had a critique, I would like there to be more time in the course to allow for testing for the formal certification, that way it's done, and we can move on. I do not like the ominous cloud hanging over my head that I must retain all this information for a later date, and then stuff more information of a different nature (Net+, Sec+), also to formally test at a later date.

Overall this course taught me a lot, and learned many things along the way especially about the inside of a computer. The only thing I would change is make it longer so the material really sinks in.

I believe this course is well done as it allows for a more "hands on" experience. It does a solid job at explaining the topics it does although at times there were items or slides that seemed advanced and difficult to grasp for a beginner.
