Course could have ended in 3 days but spaces were filled with long stories or experiences which not always were benefitial or applicable to us. Course should be more tailored to the organization in order to skip some sections that were not applicable to us.

Definitely more prepared this time to take certification exam than previously.
Network+ is not for the faint of heart. ACI will totally help you get there, but this was definitely a lesson in "apply yourself".
The overall course was excellent due to fact that you had provided us with an excellent instructor Christopher Novick, which provided us with knowledgeable and real-life scenarios.

Took a subject that is critical to our daily lives and broke it down in fairly simple terms. There was a lot to learn in a very short period of time though. Recommend supplemental study materials and additional exam preparation resources provided. (labs, practice tests, flash cards, etc.)
