I am transitioning from forensic science to information technology. I am a kinetic learner. So, I was nervous about starting over and learning something new in a 100% virtual environment. The ITIL foundation course helped me alleviate my anxiety. I feel confident continuing my studies in the CUSS program and moving into a new career.

Mr H is one of the best instructors. His lively personality is an added bonus and he uses examples that can be applied in real world settings.

Solid course with a great instructor.

Mr. Brown has done exceptional job in teaching 1102. He has provided us with many resources and websites which will help us for the big exams. His way of teaching is also very interesting. Overall he did a great job.

Instructor was really great and good at communicating. The class was informative and fun.

Loved the course, loved the instructor. The instructor was very helpful and extremally knowledgeable. I just wish the course was a week longer to go more in depth on the information and if we had quizzes throughout the week.

Not very interested in Software overall, but Mr. Hamric has made the training active and entertaining to where my opinion on software has changed. I may look at getting into a career field with hardware/software.
