i like the instructor. i wish he could have been our instructor for the next course. and i don't like how we have different teachers at the start of the next course.
Really Am Grateful for these quick crunch courses. I feel future students will benefit from an extra week in each Comptia+ course.

Over all my experience was GREAT!! James was instrumental in making sure my IT skills were where they needed to be and I feel comfortable taking the certifications within a couple weeks!!! In my 10 weeks, we had two different instructors....and definitely were not invigorating and did not meet instructor expectation. If James is not a lead instructor, please make him a team lead where other instructors could learn and grow in their profession. The ten students that were in the course the whole time, were very lucky to have James as an instructor!! Thank you James for all you did for us and each student. Your real life examples were AMAZING to make sure information was there and applicable.
