The time frame for learning and examination was too short

This class was really difficult at first, but Rich Petti made this very easy with his in-depth knowledge about all things ITIL.

The instructor made the class interactive and enjoyable. I certainly learned a great deal of information regarding Security in Information Technology.

Mr. Clanton was very engaging with the students, and his approach made it easy to comprehend.

Overall, I feel as though this course was beneficial, however, there is a lot to memorize. Only recommend that as ITIL evolves, this course should focus on current and relevant practices, and not what was done back then. Overall, excellent course and a superb instructor.

I would 100% recommend this course to anyone that wanted to step into the realm of IT.

I would like Kris Hefner to instruct the CEH course. I like the real world aspect he brought to the class.

The course was easy because it was explained down to earth.

I would recommend KJ as a instruction to any future student attendee's! That's how much I believe in KJ's abilities!
