Would gladly go through this course again.

Hopefully, I'll be ready for the certification exam.

Needs more overview and directed materials that might be doen with the homeworks.

As stated before, this course needs to be redesigned. If it was not for how practically flawless ITIL was before this, I would be demanding a refund as the amount of money I paid to take this course was not reflected in in the quality of the course that I had to go through. There was so much wrong with this course that it should probably be scrapped and replaced with something that will actually help the students. If I was a student who had issues with taking tests, my confidence would be shot, and I would be scared to proceed with the following courses and certifications.

I had some challenges with taking in so much information in such a short period of time, but, with the help, support and encouragement from the staff and instructors I was able to get through it and I am looking forward to obtaining all of my Comp TIA certifications in the near future! Thanks

I thought the course was a great way to introduce someone to security concepts and make them intersected in learning more about cyber security. I think they make the courses longer as well as well provide a glossary for all the classes because there are a lot of terms to learn.

I learned a ton in this class and would happily take another class with Eric.
