I feel there could be more time allocated to personal studies of all the curriculum. Maybe expand this class window into a few more days to allow better understanding instead of getting the information jammed in.

As previously mentioned, the course provided a substantial amount of information in a condensed time frame. Some of the materials provided in the course had outdated or conflicting terminology compared to the practice tests and the slides used to deliver the information. I feel that all of the material should be reviewed to ensure that all information focuses on ITIL v4 and that all information pertaining to ITIL v3 is updated.

"Was the time allotted to the learning activity appropriate?" I felt as if there could be more time to discuss certain aspects of the course. Given the timeframe, John did an awesome job with what we had.

I think there is a lot of information put out during the course. Which is what i expected. I know that it is condensed into two weeks but i would've really liked to go over scenario and test questions with the instructor more. We did do a few in class but not as much as I would've liked. I think a 10 or 15 question quiz after each chapter would've helped me absorb the information a lot more. Even if it was assigned as homework and used for the review the next day.

Overall, a lot of new content to consume within a weeks period, but material is understandable, and real life examples are relevant.Response : Thank you for your positive feedback on your class. The pacing is entirely too slow. Even our slowest learners were chatting in teams while we waited. This could be a 2 hour session. The ultra basics of gifs, emojis, and stickers was covered by the introduction of Facebook years ago. The material was out of sync with the latest software version leaving many confused about what we needed to do. There was a lot of "are you done" and not enough "we're moving on if you don't have questions". It doesn't take 10 minutes to post 3 messages using emojis or files. We've been using the software for months. We've got that part down. The integrations of the software and tools would be more useful.

Rich Petti was a great instructor. If it were to be anyone else, I truly think I wouldn't have gotten the content so fast.
