The course layout is great! I like that the course included quiz games and labs to facilitate the course objectives. The instructor Ms. L. Bolding demonstrates excellence with every class session. I am glad to have her as my instructor. She is arguably a model example of how an instructor should teach, encourage and keep students engaged. I encourage you to do what you must to keep her. She is a phenomenal instructor and coach!!

Great quick NET+ course to gain a voucher and material for success

I enjoyed the course and the new information that I gathered throughout. However, there is a large volume of information to digest in a short span of time, which could be both daunting and overwhelming. I would suggest that, in the future, the course focuses more and mostly on preparing students solely for the certification exam by providing tips and methods to study for that purpose. The instructors could share their experience in taking the exam, and the tricks that they used to achieve a passing score. Honestly, sliding through and regurgitating the enormous material that is already readily available on the website could be anxiety-inducing, especially for people who are planning to take the certification exam. The instructors were competent and knowledgeable. But, when I enrolled in this class, I was expecting to overcome my anxiety to take the exam by learning tricks and better ways to prepare for it. I doubt that this goal was achieved. I learned a lot of new material, but I do not feel ready to take the exam just yet.

fun class. should implement the real comptia questions at the end of each class. like a 75-question long test on each module to see what we retained

The course and class time was a good introduction. But individuals must have 1-3hrs of self study a day to fully grasp the concepts. Self study time is just as important as the class time.

the first instructor did not properly instruct thru all processes of learning, i didnt even know about the test out portion until last week. he just blandly read the slides, while taken long breaks. i dont even think we ever reviewed with him. this 1101 a+ course has shaken my confidence in learning here,

This is my fourth course with ACI Learning, and I haven't been happy with one since my first: ITIL Foundations. The material is so flawed that our instructor has spent such a large amount of time pointing out those flaws and Googling relevant visual aids that it made it nearly impossible to stay attentive and engaged. The most beneficial thing about this course has been the access to ITProTV and TestOut, which have excellent videos and labs to help prepare me for the exams. This course material is sorely lacking and in need of a serious upgrade.

Gina Goodwin is an excellent instructor she should get a strong premotion and a compony vehicle. I real enjoyed learning under her. Gina Goodwin set the entire class body up for success. Thank you for everything!!! ✯✯✯✯✯
