Job well done, ACI! This was a serious help to us students that are pursuing a career in IT or Cyber!
Great course for individuals with no prior background in IT or those that do!!
Coming into the ITIL 4 Foundation class with no knowledge or prior experience was not an issue due to the instructor's ability to teach and explain the course material and ensure the success of students.
I would definitely be interested in utilizing ACI for future coursework such as Cyber Security.
Alot of great resources, pretty well structured. Good experience overall. Can use improvement.
Curtis Whipple is new to teaching, however, he is passionate about teaching and likes to show the tools he used to study. I enjoyed listening to him lecture. Not just clicking through slides.
