The class is a lot to take in especially only being 2 weeks long. Overall it was good but some more time to truly grasp the information would help.

great course!. I do believe that the actual course certification exam should be open book, because in a real environment, people read policies, conduct research before giving an answer. Closed book exams don't give a person an understanding of the knowledge they learned, it only tells them to remember a key word to get the right answer. Open books allows them to research, understand and apply it.

Hats off to Patrick Allen and Angel Waymer for giving us the best life learned examples and visual aids to make this course more appealing for beginners. Keep up the great work!!!!
