I would have liked to see the course split into 2 weeks and into 4 hour sessions as well. But it still was a great course and I really enjoyed my time learning about ITIL. I look forward to building upon the skills I have learned throughout this course.

This course should be longer than 2 weeks maybe 2 months would be more of a realistic timeframe to learn all the contents of the course. Slow down the pace a bit, no one likes to feel rushed or overwhelmed after every class nightly.

overall alot of content for 1001. too much for 2 weeks. but i can tell the instructor cared about the topics we discussed so we did end up getting through it all with explanation. with a bit more studying ill feel confident for the exam.

Personally, it could have been a little shorter. I know some people are new to Powerpoint, but a fair bit of this stuff was stuff I already knew.

I'm more of a hands-on learner, so I had a bit of difficulty fully grasping the physical hardware of the class. I did enjoy how well the instructor did with providing us with great notes and study material.

I think you should have a quiz daily everyone takes that progressively asks questions on what we covered that day, and prior. its fundamentally a better way to learn test questions.Response : Thank you very much for your feedback. The materials had all the information there for the taking and in a very accessible way. It is really up to the student to partner with the instructor to really make the class as in-depth as desired.
