Great course for individuals with no prior background in IT or those that do!!
Coming into the ITIL 4 Foundation class with no knowledge or prior experience was not an issue due to the instructor's ability to teach and explain the course material and ensure the success of students.
I would definitely be interested in utilizing ACI for future coursework such as Cyber Security.
