Overall was a good course, i would like more practice tests to be more available on the website. i had to go to outside resources to get more testing practice.

Course was exiting, challenging and enjoyable. Instructor made it amazing for me, he understand transitioning veterans and how challenging is to adapt to a new environment. Real well explained in detail sharing real-work experiences.

Great course. This is most definitely a class that I would recommend to others. Dave is a great instructor who ensures a thorough understanding of materials and the instruction. He has a vast knowledge of ITIL and wants every student to succeed.

Mr. Karim Currey is the best teacher I have had so far, with ACI. If there was a way to make sure he was teaching the rest of my classes, I would love to do it!

Overall I was pleased with the instruction and materials the course provided.

This course was my favorite so far. I think along with myself, the class connected with the teacher very easily and had fun learning.

Please provide more cleaning material or cleaning for the workstations
