I believe I will enjoy the rest of my time at ACI if I get the same types of personality in these teachers since she was very knowledgeable about the program and gave good advice on how to succeed and what to expect out of everything. I'm not a great pressure tester so the 2 attempt policy helped me out greatly so I do appreciate the small leeway that the program has which helps people with test anxiety. I only needed the second for the final exam but still every resource was helpful and informative.

Overall this course had great knowledge.

Loved the course, but it was very much information overload.

The labs were glitchy at times. What is confusing is that some of the labs don't support what some of the inputs are and I believe that would help us understand what goes on in a real-world scenario. Seeing it is one thing but actually performing it would help out in my opinion.

Highly recommend this course for somebody who currently works in the IT Services or Support Industry and has some foundational skills. Appropriate for somebody who has held previous certification and needs to update their knowledge and or refresh there skill base. Course is also effective for new comers to the industry provided they are willing to do the leg work (labs) and homework necessary to master the topics needed for certification. This is not a simple exam-cram bootcamp... if you want a bootcamp you can save lots of hours and simply be taught the test but the course is a very fast paced and thorough course designed to teach you the fundamentals behind the questions of the CCNA exam which results in a much more knowledgeable and informed student who can adapt the information properly to fit their real world work place scenarios.

Mr. Starts did a very good job. He made the training looks easy.

I enjoyed my tenure at ACI Learning - Dallas and I do plan to return for future courses.
