First Impressions are lasting ones, and the first person I met from ACI Learning, was Romeo Marcinkowski, Communication System Support, and he was very instrumental in getting me enrolled. ACI Learning is on that fast track of that continual path for improvement, which I found everything I needed to accomplish this first course, ITIL4 Foundation. From the email communications, to the online ACI Learning website, and that wonderful staff that are always ready to assist.
