Great course to start and instructor did a great job teaching it.

I have no real criticisms of the course its self in relation to ACI, ACI's instructor, or ACI's learning methodologies. Everything is great. If anyone cares what I think about ITIL as professional frame work? meh 6/10

I really do appreciate the opportunity I took to take this class and learn more about tech! I would absolutely love to get more certifications and continue down me technology path and possibly get a degree in this field!
