The course is a great introduction and covers every topic you'll need to learn. But the time spent in class is Not enough to fully grasp the material. 1-3 hours per day is what you should plan for of self studying!

On the mid-term and final exam, make it so that you can go back to questions and change your answer before submitting.

A very nice instructor, reasonably great material, and a great course overall, setting aside course material updates, answer updates, and labsim updates. Amazing additional resources from ACI Learning, ITProTV, and COMPTIA helped to balance out any difficulties with the course.

Joseph was a wonderful instructor. You have a GEM! in him ACI...The course had its ups and down but easily smoothed over by Joseph. Great educator and person, excited he is who I finished my coursework with.

Very informative and targeted towards Network management and implementation as a whole. The instructor brought real world scenarios, experience, and professionalism.
