Really enjoyed the class

Great instructor,really cares that you understand material and always helpful and available

Engaging, helpful, effective instructor. There was a lacking of performance-based questions in the exams; this is the part of the certification exam that I am most uncertain about. There was not a large enough question bank for the 1201 and 1202 Practice Tests and the Midterm. I took all three about seven times each and the questions only slightly varied between sessions; a larger question bank would help me feel more capable and prepared for the A+ certification exam. Resources with a vast question bank so I can grind through the topics and prove to myself that I am prepared; these resources were more accessible and helpful than Coach Maci for me. Many questions in the labs were so specific that they distracted from the learning of the concepts and wasted time.

The Course was very inconsistent and poorly organized. However what communication goes, teachers and organizers are pretty spot on inside the course. I was removed from the course 3 days before finishing due to "attendance", however Michelle helped me last second preventing me from having to retake the whole sec+ again. As well as several individuals helping me with an issue i had outside of the class content.

An online platform should also be implemented via an application. Also, I would recommend a compilation of labs and tasks that are provided or tailored for student resume-building accomplishments, considered as practical experience. The A+ labs and verbiage needed for the answers were ridiculous. Understood, but very particular. Overall, fantastic course, and I greatly appreciate the guidance of all staff members and the curriculum.

Our instructor kept the entire class engaged. Went out of his way for me personally to explain upper level IT questions since i have a background in the field. overall i did get a lot of refresher training from this course which is great. i will say this definitely helped me prepare for taking A+ here soon.

Very happy overall. Johnny really helped with learning partcuarly with a night class of individuals who work full time.

My struggle in this field is real. I think if you have the desire and aptitude to do this, then you can pass this class. This isn't for beginners or people who lack the capacity. This is definitely for good students and people with the capacity and aptitude to learn fast and grasp the concepts. This has been difficult for me and I have a degree. Mind you, I work full time, so sometimes I'm tired and mentally drained. I would tell students to be locked in and ready. This is not a school or class you can wing it and make it through, especially if your older and not a computer person.
