Overall, great course. I'm excited to learn more in the IT field.
In two weeks, I went from knowing absolutely nothing about the ITIL and ITSM framework, to being confident enough to take the ITIL ASAP. David is an excellent instructor.
I will definitely recommend aci to anyone who is interested in learning IT!
The instructor's knowledge, experience, and examples truly helped in learning the material. The Practice Exams in learning mode also helped in learning the material as well.
There is nothing left to say. Her work has spoken for itself. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE !
Enjoyed the course and learned a lot. Thank you!
Sec + was the most entertaining of all the course. I do recommend this program and ACI when it comes to IT and other cyber-based learning.
