Great course!

I seriously cannot praise Chase enough. I was ready to throw in the towel after the first week and he came in just in time. He was fantastic! The 3 & star ratings are because Chase was able to fill in the gaps left by the other instructors. Otherwise, Chase alone easily would've gotten 5 stars across the board.

Overall satisfied with the things under control not satisfied with labs which are at the internet and computers control.

Overall fantastic course and materials, just need more time to truly dive into the materials and better/more functional labs to ensure future learning for classes.

The first instructor was terrible, and would berate the students whenever they asked questions. The course material itself was very helpful.

Good course, great instructor.

Fantastic course with a fantastic trainer and really loved the idea dashboards to present the audit report.

It would be very beneficial if the classes went through the full 10 weeks with one instructor. Dave has been awesome and I know it would be beneficial for my learning and takeaway the most information if he was able to carry us through all the classes.

I was worried about coming into this course because I haven't been to school in about 8 years. I felt that Dave really helped lowered my anxiety and broke the course down into understandable segments. Without him I am not sure if I would of understood the material so easily. Dave made everything very easy for the class and with his experience he really helped us get through ITIL. THANK YOU DAVE!
