Everything has room for improvement but the course was very informative. As the course went along I realized that i had been using majority of ITIL 4 for my career as an electrician. It laid out the why's, what's, who's, and how's. I will continue to use this in everyday life, now that i realize what it is. Thank you

Joshua is Awesome. He is informative, extremely helpful, and non-judgemental. The course, however, is a lot of information, the book layout is new to me and I did not like having to judge my confidence. The Labs were good but with an iMac troublesome. Luckily I still had a working windows laptop. Would be 5 stars but A Mentor is really needed for the Hands-on part as this course is really a see one, do one type of course. Possibly like a Ring light for the instructors while at the office is beneficial when showing the parts as with movement on zoom the focus goes crazy.
Do a better job of visually demonstrating the concepts.
The class is good overall with lots of good information. For me, it's a little harder learning online. I prefer learning in person, but because of covid it had to be this way. If we had any questions, the teacher was more than happy to help.
The COMPTIA A+ 1002 CML - LCA102 Lab was very difficult, unstable, and time consuming.
Great Course. I feel as though we could spend more time doing reviews and running through real world scenarios or something to that degree after we complete the slide show presentation for the day. Going to lab for sometimes 2 and 1/2 hrs is great, but It may be better to have more instructor led training and maybe we can go to lab for the last hour. Overall the course helped me gain knowledge of the subject.
Great course it was very helpful for me and got a lot out of the lessons
some of the labs had interface and functionality issues. more time was spent trying to navigate the lab interface then actually doing the labs.
