The timing of the course is two long from 9 to 5 The material is very nice and i enjoy

Instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. I appreciated the examples which brought the subject matter to life. Hotel facilities were adequate not great. Some of the slides would have been more effective in color (the printed ones in our book).

Hi, I felt this could be a three day course. As we went through the case studies the activities/tasks went faster and fast and items were skipped.
