Hi, I felt this could be a three day course. As we went through the case studies the activities/tasks went faster and fast and items were skipped.

This feedback is for both courses. Change of instructor and rooms over the days was not a good practice. There was a significant difference between the printed materials and slides shown.
Response: Dear Tariq, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I believe you had the same instructor, James Paterson, as advertised, throughout the week. I agree that the change of room was not ideal. The course was more popular than anticipated and we took the decision that it was better to have the larger room some of the time than not at all - it was unfortunately not available all week. Going forward, we will no longer book the smaller room in this venue. I will review your comment re the on-screen and print materials with the trainer. Please let me know if you would like to receive a soft copy of the material.
