Good but very punishing schedule. I'd probably do shorter sessions over more days next time or do it in person. Simon is excellent, and I hope to have the opportunity to engage with him again in the future.

It was more end user heavy so needs to be tailored a bit more towards distribution. Was a good refresher on certain techniques. Can be used by the DM’s to help assist the distributor sales teams on end user sites.

General sales was excellent. Better tailoring to industry specific areas and we did have to deviate a little bit as some people were selling more direct than through distributors alone. But mostly very good. I’ve been in sales nearly 20 years and will still go away with new insite
