It worked. It was a good teamwork exercise, everyone was positive and engaged with the subject and all moved on in their understanding of the subject.

created some interesting thought around customer interactions. thought there was some carry over from the training we did last year which was nice to refresh but not new material

Useful marketing content. A reasonable amount of cross over with the KAM training which is good for refresher but stopped time being spent on content, actions.
