An informative course, delivered in a relatable way. A great mixture of team tasks, presentation, verbal delivery and workbook detail helped in this. Linsey was engaging and made the subject matter light hearted and I enjoyed her real world anecdotes as they brought the sections to life.

I wasn't able to join the training in person but thought Lindsey did a fantastic job at managing the session in the room with me remote. I didn't feel in anyway excluded and the content all came across the well. The workbook also really helped with this.

The trainer was very good and getting everyone involved and making everyone has an input. The tools given were very useful to what was being discussed. I do prefer more visuals. The venue was in a good location

It worked. It was a good teamwork exercise, everyone was positive and engaged with the subject and all moved on in their understanding of the subject.

created some interesting thought around customer interactions. thought there was some carry over from the training we did last year which was nice to refresh but not new material
