Good training sessions, would like to be more industry specific

It was more end user heavy so needs to be tailored a bit more towards distribution. Was a good refresher on certain techniques. Can be used by the DM’s to help assist the distributor sales teams on end user sites.

General sales was excellent. Better tailoring to industry specific areas and we did have to deviate a little bit as some people were selling more direct than through distributors alone. But mostly very good. I’ve been in sales nearly 20 years and will still go away with new insite

Perfect for Direct sales. Since they are working with cold calls, booking meetings with endcustomers. Must be rewrited for Distribution since are our cannel partner. I really love this open discussions we have had. Very educational.

The training was a really useful overview of different sales skills that are required. It was really interesting to explore these skills further with my colleagues and get different opinions.

It was really good. But it would suit a direct Sales Guy very well. It was hard to applicate the training towards distribution at times.
