Patrick was great. Kept the room engaged constantly for the 2 days. Good content around negotiation and how to start a sales pitch. Really useful for me, as opening a sales conversation is something I found un-natural. Also enjoyed the DISC analysis and Patrick’s explanation really helped me understand my internal behaviours and also how to understand customer behaviours and how I would adapt to this.

Great course, really insightful, definitely highlighted some key learnings and good practice that can easily be incorporated into day to day activities.
