Gave lots of food for thought. I did think quite a few bits were repeated on the first day and, as it was mostly, being talked to it felt like a very long day and I felt my concentration had gone by the last couple of hours.

Many interesting topics were raised. Due to time constraints, we were not able to sell/practice all of them. We also have to rework many topics and relate them to our situation. Simon made the course very interesting. He is very experienced and has a lot of knowledge.
Great facilitation and interesting topic.
It was a very practical course given by a very experienced and competent teacher. What was good was that we were able to dance between subjects and focus on those which were more relevant to us rather than following the program verbatim. Simon is able to make it very interesting because he has the personality and so many real life situations to bring the theory to 'life' which makes it both enjoyable but also conducive to better retention of the ideas and concepts by the attendees.
It was really good time to learn more about negotiation and engagement with customers.
