Training in an I formative yet fun and relaxed environment. Gary was excellent and kept energy levels high throughout.

Second day more beneficial for me as visual learner. Loved the discovery and colour codes and personality traits. Actually doing a full on negotiation was brilliant

Less relevant to NATS and a service industry, would’ve been better to hear tips and recommendations from the trainer rather than group discussions
