I would have like to see a bit more participation - the course was amended to meet the needs of a couple of individuals but this meant that possible participation events were dropped. the arrangement of the groups could have been better planned - the groups were produced randomly by who was sitting by whom which meant that one group in particular compiled of three from one team and one other - so the predominant culture of the team was carried through all aspects - which was not good.

Enjoyed the course. Found it especially useful the many life examples that was used to demonstrate the point being made. 1 suggestion and perhaps this step was missed as quite a few people arrived 30 min late in the first session, but an introduction about yourself and what you done previously in sales/key account would have been good. When at first I heard your background was an artist and media, I was thinking whether you had any real life experience in sales. It was only day 2 I think that you mentioned that you worked 25 years as a sales director/ consultant, which added the credibility. Great course with lots of info
