Our course facilitator, Simon, was highly engaging and able to assist with any sticking points that any of the delegates may have had during the course of the two days.

Course was usful & informative. Trainer was easy to interact with & engaging.

Some very relevant information and tips on how to negotiate better terms for the company, improve our professionalism as sales people and reflect on our package outside prices.

The course itself was fabulous. However, it was aimed at training us to use specific imformation from out employers which we will never have. Other than that, it was great.
