Found the course really useful and thought provoking. The role plays were really testing and challenging and the best way for me to learn. The self reflection of previous sessions/days also helped plant those ideas further. Material is really useful, would it be possible to see “perfect examples” of negotiations as part of the course to have something to measure against

An enjoyable couple of days learning in a relaxed environment. Concentrated on building relationships with other course members which made the tasks easier and more fluid.

Great course, tailored to my needs perfectly and gave genuinely relatable examples to take away. A lot of the time courses don’t actually tell you how to improve or what to do, but this does precisely that. Definitely would recommend.
