Really interesting and thought provoking. Always positive to have that opportunity for self reflection, coupled with some superb commentary and communication.

Good course - really enjoyed. Only criticism is that I feel certain elements may have been dwelled on for too long when all candidates had grasped the idea. Overall a great 2 days.
