Really enjoyed the course and having a recap on how to use Pro-Packback in my role. Gary's experience has given me some really good ideas in how to apply myself in my day to day sales role.

I thought the training was absolutely brilliant. I have learnt so much and the trainer was made it so personal and made everyone feel at ease. I will make sure I recommend this to more of the sales staff.

Great session- I was able to really pinpoint areas that can be tailored to make my days more efficient and highlight what those improvements would entail. The time management quadrant was a highlight of the session and something that I’ve implemented in my day to day

Great course, extremely well delivered. We covered so much but it never felt too heavy or monotonous. So many great tjings to take away and put into practise, cannot wait for SM2 in March to share my progress

Nick was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and follow. I learned some very good strategies and lots of good questions to ask customers. Some of the course content wasn’t relevant, but that was not anyone’s fault, and some areas we had already got pretty well covered. But that was also good to have confirmation of.
