Firstly the rooms and general facilities, better than the first course so nice improvement there. This was a tough & gritty course focussed far more on strategy and bigger thinking. So by default a lot of self reflection & difficult questions came from it. The key to the success of this course is it challenges your habits & behaviours and gives you the tools to make changes. No answers are given just healthy discussion and gentle guidance to improvement in all manner of subjects. Many great conversation had between the group members professionally & expertly manage by the course trainer.

Really enjoyed the course and having a recap on how to use Pro-Packback in my role. Gary's experience has given me some really good ideas in how to apply myself in my day to day sales role.

I thought the training was absolutely brilliant. I have learnt so much and the trainer was made it so personal and made everyone feel at ease. I will make sure I recommend this to more of the sales staff.

Great session- I was able to really pinpoint areas that can be tailored to make my days more efficient and highlight what those improvements would entail. The time management quadrant was a highlight of the session and something that I’ve implemented in my day to day
