The tutor was very engaging and established good boundaries from the onset. The knowledge provided is invaluable and will definitely be helpful in delivering any suicide first aid to a customer or person.

Came knowing a little but leaving been aware of the in-depth and questioning on how to approach a situation like this in personal and work life. To understand it’s okay to pause, listen and to let the person in need to take control to an extent.
