It was great and I met new colleagues from different departments within the organisation.
Overall I did enjoyed taking part of this course. It helped a lot with how I see, understand and will face dealing with suicide/suicidal people and customers in particular in the future.
topic was very interesting and engaging in terms of interactive. Trainer was also non judgemental and approachable. I would say though that the length of the course is quite long to be done virtually.
Very informative, for quite a heavy topic it was broken down nicely and Laura was very interactive.
Course was insightful, makes you think of the scenario from different perspectives. The pack with the helpline and organisation information will be very helpful to have in one place.
Really good course, gave me a lot more awareness of the topic. Feel the work book will help provide support in the long run. Once the course complete with the team will definitely be pulling information to put in to our best practice at CBMF
Trainer was very friendly, calm and made the session enjoyable to learn more about suicidal in general. A lot of necessary information and was nice in interact with other members of the team on their thoughts.
The course content was really insightful but I sometimes struggled with how this would relate to my role as a front line agent. As regards the real life situations with friends or family with intentions of suicide this has been very beneficial
