VERY INFORMATIVE, LOVED THE STRUCTURE OF STEP 3 SUICIDE GUIDE, FEEL THIS WILL REALLY HELP ME DEALING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS FEELING THEY WANT TO END THEIR LIFE. FEEL IT'S EASIER NOW TO IDENTIFY THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO ASK, NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO TALK BUT IT'S REALLY ABOUT LISTENING EFFECTIVELY

The biggest issue for me is that we need to know how this training will be used in our practical day to day working life. how much does the organisation expect us to do when speaking to tenants. we are under pressure to take referrals and get benefit gains etc

It was very helpful course which I feel will help me within my role as an Income Officer at Your Housing Group, as people do state they are feeling like killing themselves due to rent arrears and it is knowing how best to help.
