Decent location, free parking, good venue and excellent trainer with superb knowledge and material on the course. No complaints here.
It was a good experience of learning in a good environment, and there were no issues of parking as the centre had their parking space available for everyone.
The content that covered was really authentic and add the experience of being a customer service. The lectures were clear with usefull methods and overall everything went well. Thank you for the effort.
I've enjoyed this course quite a bit as it's helped me fill in blanks when it comes to customer service and our trainer is friendly, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the role

It was really a good course. I learned alot about customer service. It was my first time learning these things and it was sort of fun , especially tutor was quiet helpful which made everything much easy.
